Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using MultiAccess Commerce Kit (the “App”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the App.

2. Accounts

  • You sign in with Sign in with Apple; Apple creates your account on first sign-in. You may use Apple’s Hide My Email if you prefer.
  • You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device and Apple ID secure.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract and at least the minimum age in your region.

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works, except as allowed by law.

4. Content libraries & organization access

  • Every user receives access to a default content library.
  • Organizations may grant you access to their private libraries by giving you a join code you enter in the app. That access is controlled by the organization and may be changed or revoked by them or by us. Private-library content belongs to its respective owner.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t use the App to break the law, infringe others’ rights, disrupt the service, attempt unauthorized access, or upload malicious content.

6. Availability & changes

The App works offline using cached content after the initial download; some features require connectivity. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We are not liable for downtime.

7. Fees

The App is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features in the future, they will be offered through Apple’s In-App Purchase system and disclosed before purchase.

8. Intellectual property

The App and its content (excluding user/organization content) are owned by Ashland Farm Enterprises LLC and protected by law.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASHLAND FARM ENTERPRISES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [state/country], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

13. Apple-required terms

  • These Terms are between you and Ashland Farm Enterprises LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
  • You represent you are not located in a U.S.-embargoed country or on a U.S. prohibited-parties list.
